Processing Time

Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take 1–3 weeks depending on complexity. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.

 

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

 

Delivery Estimates

Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days after shipment

International: 10–21 business days after shipment (varies by country)

 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at lydia@thecrochetcorral.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
